I'm building Rechitta.
I'd like you to be part of it.

You're here because you're family, a friend, or someone I trust. This page explains what we're building, the terms of our current round, and how you can express interest — no paperwork, no commitment at this stage.

Rechitta is an AI platform purpose-built for Dubai's off-plan real estate market. We sit at the center of a three-sided ecosystem — developers, brokers, and buyers — and replace the broken, manual, brochure-driven process that Dubai's broker network relies on every day. For any development on Rechitta, brokers get an AI agent that knows the full inventory, prices, and units in real time — so instead of digging through a developer's PDFs and portals, they can surface the right unit for a client's requirements in seconds.

Questions you might have

What exactly is a SAFE?

A SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity) is the standard instrument startups worldwide use to raise early rounds. You invest now; instead of getting shares immediately, your money converts into shares automatically at the next priced round (our Series A).

Your conversion price is the better of two options: your tranche's valuation cap, or the Series A price with a 15% discount. It exists so we don't have to negotiate a company valuation today, when the data is still early — you get rewarded for coming in early instead.

Ours is based on the Y Combinator post-money template, adapted by our counsel. The full template is in the data room.

How is Rechitta different from Bayut, Property Finder, or other listing platforms?

Listing platforms are advertising businesses — static listings and lead generation. Rechitta is a workflow business. We connect directly to developer inventory in real time and give brokers an AI agent that matches a client's requirements to actual available units in seconds, then produces a branded briefing they can send the buyer immediately.

Developers get something portals never gave them: visibility into how their projects are actually being pitched and converted. The data we accumulate across developers, brokers, and buyers is the moat — it widens with every interaction.

Is submitting an EOI binding? Do I need to sign anything?

No. An expression of interest is exactly that — a signal, not a contract. No signature, no money, no obligation. Based on when you submit, I'll reach out personally with the exact terms of the tranche open at that time, the documents, and payment options. You decide then.

Why do earlier investors get better terms?

The round closes in four tranches of $400K, with valuation caps stepping up from $8M to $14M. A lower cap means your money converts into more shares at Series A. So the earlier your tranche, the larger your eventual stake for the same amount. That's the whole mechanic — early conviction is rewarded.

Is there a minimum investment?

Yes — minimums are set per invitation, and yours is shown in the round summary above and on the EOI form. There's no fixed maximum; for larger amounts we'll simply discuss the right tranche and structure directly.

Who else is investing?

Updating soon. The tranche tracker at the top of this page shows how the round is filling — Tranche 1 is closed and Tranche 2 is currently live.

What happens after I submit an EOI?

I'll reach out to you directly — usually within a few days — with the current tranche's exact terms, the SAFE document, and payment modes. You decide then.

How do I verify the claims on this page?

The data room is built so every metric links to a primary source — live PostHog dashboards for user data, the actual financial model, executed legal resolutions, media coverage links. If a number matters to you, follow it to the source. And you can always call me.

What are the risks?

The honest answer: this is a pre-Series A startup investment. It's illiquid (no shares until conversion, no market to sell), and there is a real possibility of losing the full amount. Please only invest money you can afford to lock up for years — and ask me the hard questions before you do. I'd rather you invest small and comfortable than large and anxious.
